These terms govern your use of Lufer.ai, operated by Fede Urrea, Lufer LLC (Florida — in formation).
Lufer is a passive cyber-visibility tool. It is NOT a security operations center, incident-response service, penetration-testing service, or compliance attestor. We surface risks from public data; we do not certify SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA compliance.
Submit your own domain to receive a one-time report. You confirm the request by email before the audit runs. By submitting, you represent that you are authorized to request an audit of that domain. Scanning a domain you do not control is prohibited.
Monitoring and remediation are billed through Stripe at the prices published on this site. Subscriptions auto-renew, with a reminder before renewal; you can cancel anytime. Full refund within 30 days of the first charge; after that, yearly plans are prorated for unused months.
Do not use Lufer to scan or target domains you do not control, or for any offensive or unlawful purpose. We may decline or terminate service that violates this.
Lufer provides visibility, not a guarantee of security. Reports are based on public data at scan time and may be incomplete or become outdated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lufer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA (to be confirmed on formation).
